Project Overview
The Northview Church Binford Avenue Campus project included both the renovation of an existing medical building and the addition of new construction to support the growing needs of the church community. Renovated areas now house central office suites, youth and children’s ministry kids spaces, conference rooms, and a dedicated children’s wing.
The newly constructed section features a 512-seat worship venue, a spacious lobby space and gathering area, café, green room, additional conference room, restrooms, and an updated exterior façade.
The campus also includes a new outdoor playground and is home to Pathways Learning Academy—a fully accredited early learning childcare program with a STEAM-focused curriculum, managed by our trusted childcare provider. Altogether, the project encompasses more than 57,000 square feet of purpose-driven space.
