As Senior Estimator, Chaz is responsible for preparing conceptual budgets and competitive bids for the commercial division of S&B Construction Group. Chaz joined S&B in 2012.

Chaz works with owners, architects, suppliers, and subcontractors to identify project needs, the duration of the project, and the associated costs. 

Once a project is awarded, he will work with the project managers to write the scope of work and facilitate the permitting process. Chaz is skilled with creating the detailed analysis of the construction documents and communicating critical pieces of information to the necessary parties, whether within S&B Construction Group or with outside parties.

Chaz earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, where he met his wife, Laura. Chaz and Laura have been married since 2009 and have 3 children. They enjoy spending time with family and friends.
